Shipping Policy

Standard shipping for orders within Australia is $7 for orders under $50 and FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $50 within Australia.

Once payment is received, the order will be sent the following business day.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage. Please allow up to 7 business days for Western Australia locations. All PPSG parcels are automatically set to SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. This is to protect any parcels from being stolen if left.
AusPost will leave a collection slip as notification of your delivery.

Express Shipping for all orders within Australia is $15.
Once paymentis received, the order will be sent the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive .If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched via Aus Post pending payment.
Once your order has been shipped your will receive an email with tracking details.
Gentle Habits is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email customer service here.

New Zealand Standard International Shipping is a $20 or $35 flat rate pending your total order weight. There is no free shipping on International orders.

The recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/orother import costs on orders placed outside of Australia.

PPSG ships to selected International destinations. International Shipping is a $25 or $40 flat rate pending your total order weight for international standard shipping. There is no free shipping on International orders. 

Not all products are available for international purchase. Your order will be refunded if you purchase unavailable products.

PPSG is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. PPSG  is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country which delivery is made.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes on an order applied by customs, it is the customers responsibility to arrange for the order to be returned to PPSG in order to receive a refund.
